Paul comes from a Samoan family but was born and raised in New Zealand. He was the oldest of seven children. He later learned that his parents had dedicated him to the Lord, hoping that one day he would become a preacher.
I knew that I needed to stop smoking, but it was so hard. I realized that I couldn’t quit on my own and decided that I had to ask God to take control of my life. Every morning I prayed that God would take away the desire to smoke.
This quarter our mission focus as been on the South Pacific Division, and we’ve heard some exciting stories from many of the islands, including: Vanuatu, Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.
This quarter featured the East-Central Africa Division (ECD), which includes the countries of Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Republic of Djibouti, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania.
